This 20-minute online course provides an overview of unlawful workplace behaviours for anyone in a position of authority and is part of a manager’s duty of care.

These online courses are carefully designed by experts and based on Australian laws, and Positive Duty Guidelines in the Respect at Work Act. They can be delivered via Learnworlds (our LMS) or imported into your organisation’s LMS – if it is compliant with the SCORM system.

The courses are easy to understand, and have an assessment component. Our LMS will provide digital records of people who have completed the training, when it was completed, and assessment scores. This information is essential to demonstrate the knowledge component of the AHRC Positive Duty Guidelines.
