Essential compliance training for all staff

We understand that it can be difficult to provide in-person training for all staff. This is why we have developed three online courses to help employers comply with their legal responsibility to educate all staff about laws related to bullying, sexual harassment and discrimination:

Sexual Harassment

This 20 minute online Sexual Harassment Course is for all employees, contractors and volunteers. It aims is to teach course learners about workplace sexual harassment and what they can do if they experience or witness it.

Bullying

This 20 minute online Anti-Bullying Course is for all employees, contractors and volunteers. It aims to teach course learners about workplace bullying and what they can do if they experience or witness it.

Discrimination

This 20 minute online Anti-Discrimination Course is for all employees, contractors and volunteers. It aims to teach course learners about workplace discrimination and what they can do if they experience or witness it.

These online courses are carefully designed by experts and based on Australian laws, and Positive Duty Guidelines in the Respect at Work Act. They can be delivered via Learnworlds (our Learning Management System) or imported into your organisation’s Learning Management System – if it is compliant with the SCORM system.

Each course is about 20 minutes in length, easy to understand, and has an assessment component. Our LMS will provide digital records of people who have completed the training, when it was completed, and assessment scores. This information is essential to demonstrate the knowledge component of the AHRC Positive Duty Guidelines.
