  • These guarantees apply to both physical and digital goods.

Refunds for Digital Goods

  • If a digital product has a major problem, consumers can choose between a refund or replacement.
  • For minor problems, we must provide at least a free replacement.
  • Refunds should be the full amount paid by the consumer, without deductions for product use.
  • Refunds should be provided in the same form as the original payment, unless both parties agree otherwise.

Exceptions

  • Consumers aren’t entitled to a refund if they’ve simply changed their mind about the goods.
  • However, if a digital product has a defect, is unsafe, or doesn’t perform as expected, a refund is required.
